Step 1
Meeting Your Advisor
We kick things off with an online or in-person meeting, focused on understanding your financial big picture, goals and expectations for owning a second home, as well as concerns and fears.
Step 2
Compiling & Analyzing Date
Next, we focus on gathering your financial data–assets, liabilities, cashflow needs, etc.--to do a comprehensive snowbird analysis plan that includes tradeoffs and options and considers your current financial and personal wellbeing. From there, you will agree on a path forward.
Step 3
Developing Your Plan
If you decide to move forward, we will focus on developing the data-informed plan itself with short, mid, and long-term next steps, keeping in mind your personal goals and interests.
Step 4
Reviewing Your Plan
Once the plan is complete, your advisor will walk you through each piece, creating an open dialogue for questions and education.

Delivering Your Plan & Next Steps
Your advisor will share your completed plan, packaged with additional resources to help set you up for success in your Snowbird journey.
