When Changing Your Phone Number / Email Address

In our efforts to reduce the potential for fraud, we are introducing a procedural change for clients when they call to update their phone number or email address. As you may know, our voices can now be easily replicated. They can also make it look like they are calling from your phone number. Thus, it is critical that we ensure we are really talking to you when a change is made.

Effective immediately, when you call to make a change to your email address or phone number, we will take the information and then call you back at a known number to verify it was you. While we hope this isn’t too much of an inconvenience, we do want you to know that we take risk management for you and our firm very seriously. We appreciate your support.
