Tyler is a Wealth Advisor with nearly 10 years of experience in the industry. Prior to rejoining Stephens Wealth Management Group, he worked at Financial Plus Credit Union as a Financial Advisor for four years.

Tyler is passionate about helping clients understand how to set and meet their goals as well as prepare for their retirement years.

Service and Leadership

Tyler is active in community organizations such as the Gen Forward Network, a young philanthropic giving circle that lets members pool their money and make a positive impact in Genesee County through grants to nonprofits.  Tyler spends quality time coaching youth baseball and lacrosse.

"I was able to learn and observe the Financial Planning industry from a very young age.  As many of you know, Sherri Stephens is my mother.  I remember meeting many of Sherri’s clients as a child.  I often heard stories from clients about how Sherri’s work changed their lives and helped them realize dreams they never thought would be possible. From that time on, I knew being a professional golf caddy was out the window and being a Financial Advisor was my calling. Originally from Davison, Tyler now lives in Fenton with his wife Jessica and three children Laila, Xavier, and Joaquin. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.
