Tax Planning Changes on the Horizon
Many of you may be aware of the potential changes coming in 
2025 to estate-tax rates. Most people are unaware, however, of some of the other tax-cuts that sunset at the end of 2025.
Estate Planning – 2024 Kick-Off
This year it is our intent to focus on estate planning – in meetings, 
newsletters, webinars, events, and more. Our hope is to keep the information relevant and as simple as possible. We will start by providing a short document with key estate planning terms and definitions.
This month you will also receive an invitation to a webinar with author Cameron Huddleston and advisor Jill Carr. The webinar will cover the following topics and more:
- The importance of parents talking about their finances, health, and what’s most important to them with their adult children
- How adult children can overcome fears of talking to parents about these topics
- Ways to start the conversation and what to do when other family members are reluctant to talk
